If you are coming on a tour, pilgrimage, or visit, we would love to welcome you and introduce you to some Kids4Peace youth.

We have begun offering educational tourism opportunities to inspire visiting groups to Jerusalem that together peace is possible. This year we have already met with Bialik School of Australia, Alexander Muss School in Israel, Young Judea, Kol Haneshama, Forest Ridge School, several Church groups, private tour groups, family missions, and individuals.

Here are two examples of programs we offer:

1.Youth-to-Youth Encounter with Israeli and Palestinian Peacemakers: We offer an interactive youth-to-youth education program for tour groups visiting Jerusalem to engage with Jewish, Christian and Muslim young adults who have grown up within and participate as active members in an interfaith community of young leaders and peacemakers in Jerusalem. Our youth for this program range from ages 14-25 and come from Israeli and Palestinian communities throughout Jerusalem and the West Bank.

2. Meeting the Other: Experience different points of views: Over the last twelve years, key staff members have been invited to speak to over a hundred groups visiting Jerusalem. Groups include individuals, families, missions, and tour groups from all over the religious and cultural spectrum who are interested in hearing what it is like for Israeli and Palestinians to work together in an active interfaith youth movement for peace.

Visits for Youth-to-Youth programs and Meeting the Other may include:

-Guest speakers: Israeli and Palestinian youth workers engaged in cross-border community building and preparing society for peace.

-Educational Programming: Dialogue session, panel sessions, educational workshops, question and answer sessions, and guessing which participants are from which religious/cultural background.

-Getting to know each other: Games, Mixers, Interactive panels and discussion sessions to learn about each other.

Visits can take place at our offices in East Jerusalem’s Sheikh Jarrah Neighborhood, at the group’s hotel, or another neutral location.
