Kids4Peace enjoyed many Iftar meals this summer. The group heading down to Eilat for summer camp came together for a wonderful meal in Beit Safafa. They enjoyed some amazing food and fellowship with one another. Their amazing hosts prepared both kosher and non-kosher dishes for the event. There were exciting conversations between the kids, many of whom could not wait for their upcoming camp experience! When the meal was over, the desserts came out: Quatayef and Kanafeh were the crowd favorites. During dessert, one of the kids did a presentation on Ramadan and our Muslim advisor helped to explain some of the significance of the Iftar. With just over a week until the camp, the kids are becoming more and more cohesive.
